RANGE SAFETY OFFICER (RSO) TRAINING CLASS – ADTA MEMBERS ONLY

You must hold the ADTA Defensive Shooter or NRA RSO certification, or be authorized by the ADTA RSO Director to attend this class.

• Plan on arriving 15 minutes early to check in.
• VENUE:  Refuge Church - Lynnwood

Event Description:

You will learn the role of the RSO, how to manage the range and it’s operations.  As shooters, you have already gone through the steps for tactical and slide lock reloads and malfunctions but this training places you as the RSO.

You will be given plenty of dry fire exercises and scenarios to learn and to demonstrate your understanding of the RSO roles and responsibilities.

No live ammo is allowed.  Cleared pistols and rifles or plastic guns will be used for the training.  SIRT pistols and rifles will be used for the shooting line scenarios.
